Derryfield School Defeats Colebrook Academy in Round One of Granite State Challenge

(DURHAM, October 29, 2009) –Derryfield School prevailed in Wednesday's Granite State Challenge, defeating Colebrook Academy by a score of 240 to 215. Granite State Challenge airs Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and again Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.The advancing Derryfield Cougars included seniors Brandon Wilson and Tucker DiNapoli, juniors Kaitlin Fink and Kate Jorgensen and alternate Kim Selwyn. They were coached by Dennis Holland. Their opponents, the Colebrook Mohawks, included seniors Theresa Andolino, Dean Woodard-Neary, Natalie Dostie, Cormick Frizzell and alternates Katie Hinds and Kelbie Biron. They were coached by Robert Unangst.
